bulkSMS™ 2.0 SMS ActiveX Component License Agreement

bulkSMS V2.0 trial version is free for non profit and 30 days evaluation use. The commercial user can register their copy to get commercial license. The commercial license issued for bulkSMS V2.0 is a license to USE this product on ONE computer only. Multiple licenses should be purchased for using bulkSMS V2.0 on MULTIPLE computers.

The commercial user is granted a non-exclusive license to use bulkSMS V2.0 on as many computers as defined by the licensing terms above according to the type of licenses purchased, for any legal purpose. The registered version of bulkSMS V2.0 may not be rented or leased, but may be permanently transferred, in it's entirety, if the person receiving it agrees to the terms of this license. If the software is an update, the transfer must include the update and all previous versions.

The installation package may be freely distributed, with exceptions noted below, provided the distribution package is not modified in any way. You are allowed to distribute bulkSMS V2.0 through the Internet, BBS's, Shareware distribution libraries, CD-ROMs and Magazine Cover Media. You may charge a distribution fee for the package, but you must not represent in any way that you are selling bulkSMS V2.0 itself. No person or company may distribute separate parts of the package without written permission of the copyright owner. The evaluation version may not be distributed inside of any other software package without written permission of the copyright owner. Hacks/crack, keys or key generators may not be included on the same distribution.

bulkSMS V2.0 is distributed "as is". No warranty of any kind is expressed or implied. You use at your own risk. Neither the author nor the agents of the author will be liable for data loss, damages, loss of profits or any other kind of loss while using or misusing this component.

You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. You may not modify the program or documentation files in any way. You must include all the files that were in the original distribution. You may not decouple or otherwise reduce bulkSMS V2.0 to a human perceivable form. You may not sell bulkSMS V2.0 or charge a registration fee, except to recover the media costs. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

Installing and using bulkSMS V2.0 signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove bulkSMS V2.0 files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
